MOB was in a very good sector at listing and the market was quiet buoyant back then. That said, the valuation was clearly too lofty. Things are so much easier in hindsight.
I had a few in the IPO but have taken a much larger position now sub 10c. Still a speculative punt. As well as being under 50% of the price, the fact that revenue has continued and they have demonstrated that they aren't just burning the cash - as some new floats seem to have a habit of doing - is promising.
That said, the aftermarket support has been dismal. I will be very curious as to the T20 makeup when its announced later this month, especially given the voluntary disclosures and groupings in the prospectus but apparent hesitation by the company to provide updates since listing.
Happy to hang in for a while anyhow and hope for an revenue announcement that does an ELS.
