Worrying about the pips here is a difficult game to play.
I'm in after my RAP experiences.
However, I'd say this has a longer path than RAP, as measuring an individuals pain is very subjective, so you can only show you correlate with existing accepted/approved measures/scores.
So get set for a great runway of success, even if it is a longer path than the RAP rocket.
