Not bad. Bit of wow factor about it and in a sector I rate highly.
Just a quick look at the proforma: at 1.9c, trading at the equivalent of 19c, post consol, with an mc ~$17M or EV of $14M - not all that demanding. Definitely not a greedy deal, which is always pleasing to see.
The above assumes the public offer is at 13c (1.3c, pre-consol) as per the company's suggestion of 23,076,923 being offered to the public to raise $3M.
