Koh and Evans chickened out from going to court and settled for far less then what they originally wanted , $5.5m bucks is nothing to a company the size of MMX,Its drinks money, worth it to get rid of pain in the ass Koh and Evans even though they had no real case, the market and investors don't like any uncertainity. l bet CHM also chickens out before trial and accepts a few peanuts MMX thorws at them, the only position left for Benny to play is Hooker.
