I reckon that MLI held all the cards and thats why WWI have taken this step. With a board member of MLI on the board of WWI, it must not have been easy for the CEO. Getting rid of DRD and MLI off their books is great and I think well worth the cost of the Emerald Project. I am still trying figure out if the deal includes the 1km untested area between Emerald and Monarch but I think it does unfortunately as they could have used this area in the future to raise more capital when they sold it to Mintails as a separate future deal.
