I have seen worse ends for shareholders of small illiquid companies. I am grateful that management have at least delivered a credible if not generous offer.

Having said that, like most of us I am disappointed. After all this time, 0.086 seems less than I hoped for...maybe mid teens in a year or 2 with good results. Hopes of 30 cents seems very long term.

Anyway, this doesn't looks like a surprise offer so all that will matter is what the major shareholders think of it. The top 5 hold something like 60%.

You and I can vote as we please but we can't shift the needle. Let's hope Walker and the others can wring 10c out of them. As Stayer says there are lots of costs savings to be had.
