As a long-term holder over quite a few years, this deal is way too low, by at least ten cents. I have held a very substantial holding, during all the past trials and tribulations and would have expected something a little better than the current offer. I concur with other shareholders comments today, who like me have hung about for years. Another ten cents plus is what is expected.
