The company is being run and managed by the CEO in China. The board of Directors has been appointed only to meet the local statutory requirements of a listed Australian company. The Chairman and Board has little influence. The way it operates is different to most companies.
Hopefully the documents to be provided for the court case will provide some updated information not currently available.
