Great decision from management - Magna has been selling their shares almost everyday since first issued in mid August. It seems they have another 3 million shares to distribute until their next round of share issue.

Unfortunately, it seems Magna is just like Springtree and La Jolla. But that's what you get when convertible notes are issued.

If we can attract a strong cornerstone investor to our company, that will be make paveway for growth of our share price and market capitalisation.

Bob Healy would be a great choice if he was willing.
