Well considering the Polish Govt has said Bogdanka can not get the tenaments back from PDZ, it makes a takeover is the only option for them if they want PDZ's tenaments ,
As Bogdnanka's mine is on the North boarder with PDZs tennament which would extend Bogdanka's mine life for many years and no to very little CAPEX for a decline would be needed to get to PDZ's coal as it is along strike it would seem logical at any time for a takeover offer to be made .
