Just a thought:
I'm surprised that the options are lagging so far behind the heads (and also that sellers were quick on this news this morning) however, given Xcel capital were issued so many options I think we can safely expect that the supply will be ongoing. Being patient and soaking them up, then exercising may be cheaper than buying the heads on market?
