The reason is simple ...... I actually trust management to do whats in the best interests of us all rather than sitting back being an armchair expert / critic and assuming that I know the inner workings of the company and the reasons that they may or mayNOT do certain things a certain way.
Further to that , you really haven't been around long enough to know whether or not I'm very defensive or not , taking what you have heard others say is NOT a good idea for someone who purports to be some kind of genius business manager , a few others CAN say it as they have seen me over a pretty long period and I have no problem with that.
