I take it Wilma this means Spinks (or Costanza) has left Germany and headed back to Tanzania rather than coming back to Australia as originally scheduled?

What possible reason would you got to Tanzania, Head off to Germany for meetings (make a great announcement regarding the licence extension in Tanzania), then re-route back to Tanzania instead of going back to Australia as planned? Why? Why?

Hmmm are we still waiting for more news out of Tanzania? (He says with a wry smile )

So if there was more new it would be maybe Monday or Tuesday.....next week
