the image isn't new. it could be just an old track from years ago
if you know anything about excavation due to bob cat or bulldozer works, there is an edge of excess soil moved to the outer boundary.
if you look at the plants you can see no stress , no cut edge drop where soil has been removed. What you can see is plant life untouched, and even moving onto the track.
A photo of excavation while bulldozer is on site, and longitude and latitude reference for satellite, so we can view real up to date images our selves , would be something no one could argue against
if anyone really thinks this track was done in the last 2 weeks, then your really clutching at straws
