A Zinc producer thats already started the mining phase; recently completed CR, cashed to tune of $3m+ and finalising debt facility of $2.5m+; first SHIPMENT this quarter with revenue flows to fund (partly? fully?) future mining and exploration, all for MC of $21m diluted, $14m undiluted at SP of 3.6c -(from 3B, 21 jun 2018: 337m SOI plus upcoming escrow release and tr 2 placement this week = 337+14.8+37.2=389m SOI x 3.6c. There are further 195.6m FPO on 24 mo escrow so diluted MC (incl all heads but excl oppies) =584.6x3.6c=$21m. Ive not included oppies in that calc since v few around present price range , and would bring in roughly equivalent cash as added MC . Most oppies are double to ten times present SP).
Management and T20 hold 80% - and Management took around $120k in recent 0.03 placement.

So SL1 seems incredible value to me for a bonafide miner/producer ,with very interesting further tenements to explore using near term revenues.
And while Africa certainly has its pitfalls like sovereign risk, Glencore being naughty in Venezuela, Nigeria and DRC (likely oil-related in Nigeria and Venezuela) thru dealing with US sanctioned companies and people, hardly has much relevance to SL1 - especially comparing their MC of $45bil to our sub $20m.
But each to his own risk appetite.
My disclosure is that I sold a partial on friday based on the violent one day move, and the upcoming tr2 and escrow, but I intend to buy them back.
