thanks fris - i was intending to persue further the contacts but had not got there yet - i will ontact Bryan then and see how i go - from what u say it is more like what i would expect, and if they are not optimistic then they shuld not be there and we all know that optimisism can be misplaced at times but in many ways that is for us to sort out and why phone calls to management are part of that process.
