"Honourable Court has directed the State Government of Rajasthan to consider the application of the petitioner (Crown Mining) for a determination on the preferential right within 30 days from the receipt of a certified copy of the order of the Court."
A least this will get the State Government of Rajasthan off their backside and make a decision within 30 days.
The question is how long will it for take them to receive the certified copy?
