Maybe Africa is the answer rather than RSG? Let us know the underlying reasons about this if you ever find out. There is more to a commercial supply than an engineering deliverable. Multi-national power grid sounds multi-problematical. Is ECOWAS still in business or has it gone belly up?
Anyway, the past is past and if a hybrid power solution lowers costs today then why would you decry it?
