Explains a lot. Hopefully ANW saw this coming and is the reason they have already started making steps to resolve the contractor issues. Seems the contractor was to blame largely for the delays. Explains why we've taken a new approach in the new year.

I assume we are holding their plant & equipment because we have paid in advance for services not delivered and we won't be getting our money back.

Once we sort this mess out (already well underway) it should be a lot smoother sailing!
