Not sure why everyone is so shocked. The writing has been on the wall regarding Jemrock inability. Liquidation or not they were out the door.

Poster here saying the problem was solely with management and not the contractor, obviously have never had dramas with a project or contractors inability to deliver. These things happen to the best of managment. Unless you've got bottomless pockets delays are just apart of business.

I 100% agree, you get what you pay for and if you pay penuts you'll most likely get monkeys or very slow delivery. I see funds or the lack thereof to be the biggest contributing factor.

Good, fast, cheap... You can only pick two!
We know they have picked cheap and we know they haven't picked fast, let's hope in the end it is at least good
