having lived in tassy for a bit, i can tell you that the DRC isnt far off. they've got a real rednecky 1980s way of doing business with a she'll be right attitude. its a very average place... full of very average people (please no one say "but the food, best blah blah in the world". even somalia has quality exports, doesnt mean you want to live or do business there.
