besides, an EGM is a measure of last resort. the intent here is to get progress and meaningful communication. We don't want to spill blood if we don't have to, but these guys don't mess around so you have to carry a big stick to get some traction.

I assure you, brand management is the number 1 thing here, they wont want this getting out there and throwing the DGR model and NM's brand into question. How they handle the shareholders will be paramount.
