Nope , no correction needed ........ spot on i'd say .
What has me wondering now is whether or not the 5%ers are going to have any impact on any other area of the company , will things get slowed down even more ( if thats possible ) until the board find out what the 5%s intentions are ?? Will other investors hold off on making a decision until they know whats going on ? I know i won't be buying anymore until things are clearer and i think i'll be planning an exit strategy sooner than i might have due to the fact that the 5%ers will most likely always have that ability to step up and threaten a board spill and thats not a sound footing for any company to be on.
Now before anyone gets too precious about all this i am not saying the 5% are wrong nor am i saying they have destabilised the company i am merely saying that currently with what has happened the waters are very muddy ( whereas before it was just murky ) and until the 5% exercise their rights no-one can know just which way things may go.
