LIND have a bottom conversion price of 95% of 1.6c meaning the bottom for them would be pretty much 1.6c.
As for converson of DGR shares, they generally just stock pile them to get their average down as they originally came in for 20% at 20c a share at IPO.
So neither of these events do anything dramatic to the share price.
