Considering that I floated the idea of gathering the posse together on Friday, it's been an absolutely fantastic response from the HC troops who put their hands up. It's important that even though some people decided against putting their names forward - that the letter is forwarded for the benefit of ALL shareholders/HC followers.
Now that the letter has been forwarded by Blister (thanks for taking the time and effort to draft it) we can't sit back and wait until the end of March for any results. In my opinion we need to plan for the worst case scenario - that the board do not accede to our demands and we have to enforce the calling of the EGM.
I believe that we need to form a committee of a small number of the shareholders who put their name to the letter to look at contingency planning for the near future. We need to be ready to act when the time comes.
Just my thoughts - would like some feedback on this please.
