So i'm going to be busy tonight with some personal stuff (it is sunday) so i'm going to send the letter now. A couple of things before i do.

- the posting of the letter here is for awareness and not comment. time was given for comment and those that replied had their input incorporated. I'm not going to baby non-participants or write retractions, comments or additional letters to the company after this is done, unless we push the issue further.
