A great CEO or even just a good business manager would know a little more about how to bring someone onto "The TEAM" and get them around to working with you instead of alienating a key "player" ( Surat) who could be the one to actually tip the scales in favour of what you actually want.
Furthermore he had indicated that after another 2 weeks he would revisit his position , but after coping a spray i wouldn't imagine he'll be quite so receptive.
To quote Surat " If we need to talk to management then I can do this on holders behalf and air some of our concerns.
Lets just see out another 2 weeks or so and then we can make a commitment." Unquote .

From my personal point of view i wont be getting onboard with the action but i certainly do understand why some feel the need to .......as is their right.
