We have the corporations law on our side and the ASX rules and ASIC. If retailers had a voice at the table we could expect that we would receive complete announcements that remote ambiguity and addressed retailers thirst and right for information.

I would pledge around 15,000,000 shares give or take but it would be for a new director and not a spill. We are too fragile for a spill.

If an Independence shareholder advocate was on the board we would win. ( You just have to keep the bugger honest)

Don't spill the entire board.

Send them a letter of intent that we mean business and give them the opportunity to act. If they don't perform then we attempt to get one of us onto the board to work on behalf of the shareholders.
