Wow I have been away today and come on line to see that the natives want some blood.
IMO a spill is not the smart way. But a director appointed by 5% of retailers is a possibility. The important thing is to get the numbers, and table those numbers to the chairman. With luck a sympathetic ear will listen to the grievances and address said grievance in announcements.
