The company didn't disclose exploration results because they thought it wasn't material enough for mandatory disclosure. Considering our current situation with PMC and the drilling I would be 100% surprised if they didnt have some material results yet that need to be disclosed. From what it sounds like Jemrok were having liquidity issues that was publicly available to see, not a stretch to claim negligence on that either considering the limited funds a junior miner has.
