I'm told on another thread PW/ANW will be at the NOOSA conference...and NM/DGR also.
Why not go face to face the guys if you're able to get there.
A good old fashioned diplomatic ego hit has been waiting a long time for NM.
PW is like has been said. But a puppet.
I actually think on his own he could do wonders, unfortunately, I consider he's stifled by the board and their 
1) being too overstretched to give appropriate attention to detail, and
2) have an undisclosed agenda.
