Here in lies the issue, we can't pull a gun on the board unless we are prepared to use it. there will be no half measures in actions like this, you either kill it or it comes back to bite you.

They will do everything to kill it including providing proxy votes to their wives, children, goats, whatever.... However, if you were successful it would unravel DGR's entire game plan which would terrify them and their shareholders. So i say lets shoot for the head and attempt to spill the board. I mean they couldn't deliver less productivity as punishment... but we shouldn't reward bad behaviour/non performance.
