well i own 0.5% of this company find another 4.5% and we can call a special EGM and propose a resolution. I think @surat alone owns 1.2%

- Resolution to cease fee for share arrangements with DGR
- Replace the existing board.

I don't know what specifically ther may want but those would be my two picks. I would strongly suggest that we do this soon, as the board will dummy spit and dump their shares so do it at the bottom is the best play here.
