When you look at it though, prior to the appointment of Jemrok, which admitably was a bit slow, the G1 activities were happening and also  the updating of the processing plant, while in the background there was the preparation, qualifying and waiting for the EPA and government approvals for G2, which timewise progress was probably not that much different to any other small mining company.
The discontent from share holders only really began with the lack of progress in the development of G2, i.e  tailings dam, East mine, and pre-concentrate preparation. All this had been contracted out to the one company Jemrok who as it turned out was a failing company who couldn't get the job done. What should have been 6 months has stretched out to 18 months, but it can all be put down to the one thing and that is the wrong initial decision of appointing a dud company to perform all the duties. " Here you go Jemrok, get this done for us will you ".


What was the appointment by ANW of a new experienced General Manager for, other than to oversee the supervision and arranging of each step in the development of G2.

18 months later that is all now history and the fact is, " all the work is done/completed ". It only needs to be co-ordinated into action. Can the CEO and GM  [does he exist ? ] manage this. They took over the lining of the TSF successfully and there doesn't appear to be that much involved in getting the final step to G2 completion. There are grounds for hope and this is their opportunity to make amends.
