If the shareholders rally together and do what the holders of Capricorn have just done - who do we have to replace them?

I totally agree that the structure of the board needs to be examined and some dead-wood removed to make way for fresh minds/fresh ideas/greater motivation to move forward at more than 0 km/h.

If we could gather a petition of shareholders and draft a letter directed to the board of directors asking them to 'show-cause' why they should remain in their current positions?
