i suppose it depends on the contracts, payment milestones and where you're reading the cashflow from. If it's expected outflows then most likely not. It would be crazy to assume that we paid them inful from the get go, in practice it should be a intitial payment, followed by milestone payments, then a final payment on inspection/completion of works and then a montly or weekly invoice for the mining services/haulage etc.

but as i said, it all depends on the contract which we haven't seen.
