Yep- location can make you busy- but reviews on TripAdvisor, Booking.com, etc, drive your business and help you to improve and refine your product. If you take pride in your accommodation, maintain a great product and look to improve/progress continually, you will have satisfied customers. Even in life as a teacher, parents would chew you up if you didn’t meet standards, keep to timelines and achieve your goals- you wouldn’t last in the system.
We’re all here to make money and the share price has not improved in the last 12 months - it’s probably gone backwards to be honest... it touched 1.2 because share holders lost faith in management not hitting timelines and again some shareholders are losing faith at the moment I feel. January did start well with a couple of Ann’s and improved communication, but unfortunately we are once again in the dark and the company reverted to a lack of transparency. Hopefully it’s just a stage the co is going through, and it can have a little ‘luck’ achieving some of its goals, as we all recognise with the price of Tin, lack of Tin inventory worldwide, the dropping Aussie dollar and the take up of EVs, then if we were a producer now- we would be kicking goals!
