If land owners are on side ,and all departments get their fingers out ,then the process can be completed within 3 mths ,generally it takes between 3 and 9 mths .a lot depends on Environmental impacts , social impacts ,land owner issues if any , planning departments both state and local, also if the asset is of National Significance ,employment etc. water .
