Yes I think you have hit the nail on the head. The Top SH are no mugs and have got a bob or 2, and they wouldn't be wasting time with this if it wasn't a goer. They just want to dot their I's and cross their T's before releasing anything. Lets see at the end of the year and fingers crossed the JORC is not delayed again.
