Clearly there is going to be some partner involved based on that presentation.
It will most likely be an offtake partner (possibly Japanese company). This may also be associated with a cap raise to that same company, similar to Min Res but the offtake partner isn’t involved in the production process, merely a finance partner.
This situation would be desireable to any companies as it locks in future supply of hydrogen.
So I think it would be likely that same offtake partner will be partner for the full scale commercial partner too, who may have access to additional finance for that plant too.
everything should be crystal clear come July 2018.
