Matrix, their cash burn means they have enough money till the end of the year from what I can assess..

There are 2 factors at play as far as I can see..

Hazer has always been a leaky ship, and the fact that someone has taken a liking to it in a rather large fashion to raise sp 30% in 2 days is hard to overlook. So maybe something big is about to happen..

The other is that with any spec stock there is a classic capital raise pattern. From news silence, the world gets bombarded with news, and from what I understand there are actual companies that will get you on the media circuit, doing investor presentations, interviews and the like to expose the company to raise the sp. if it is held long enough high, or keeps rising, the 30 day moving average is good enough so when a discount is given for the cap raise amount, it looks like a bargain and people jump at the chance of a raise. The interest is what needs to be developed for the raise to be successful.

Both of these factors are at opposite ends of the spectrum and are both equally feasible. Time will tell matrix. But Geoff has said he doesn’t want another partner.. so I am leaning towards a raise. But the presentation speaks of a partner, maybe he meant offtake partner.. again. Time will tell.
