That’s your assumption.
Most other people would assume they’re a bit smarter than that, and have said that they’ll wait on the results of the Pilot Plant before returning to resume the talks. If the Pilot Plant lives up to expectations, they’ll be keen to enter a Joint Venture agreement, and develop the Hazer technology throughout their international facilities.
That's what I would assume....
