The Auditor has expressed concerns about the ability of the company being able to continue as a going concern given its losses and excessive net current liabilities. See page 33 of the report

No real surprise in this to us.
I would not read too much into BDO becoming the new auditor. BDO are OK, and are probably cheaper to rent.
