re: Ann: Mine Gate Sale of Spinifex Ridge Iro... I didn't see any mention about board members in the announcement Christophe. I've read both Moly Mines and Mineral Resources it was all terms of agreement.
Not being an MOL shareholder but an MRL one the offer of paying by shares if accepted in place of or maybe part of the payment would in my opinion be a good way to go. I hope Moly's shareholders accept the iron ore sales.
Although this isn't a takeover offer as MRL did with Polaris it is worth dealing with one of the largest and diversified companie in WA
