Since they are free you have nothing to loose, a lot can happen in 2 years, one would think the sp would be higher than 75cents.
If you buy heads at current market price they will cost you approx. $0.50 where as although the options are free they will effectively cost you $0.75 if you wish to exercise.
If the sp goes nuts say hits $1 then you could sell your oppies at $0.25 making a decent profit, all depends how many shares you own today which determines your option bonus.
I guess the only other issue is the dilution factor if all options are exercised.
