    Had a very quick read and seems reasonable. Very small discount to current price and with a 1 for 2 free oppie scheme after. Might give the SP a bit of a push for free oppies.

    Also they seem confident that the SP will be 50% higher with a 75c conversion price. May turn out to be cheap.
