re: Ann: Mindax Share Purchase Plan and Bonus... There are about 500 shareholders of MDX, so to raise $3.5million, every shareholder would need to contribute an average of $7,000. They still should have $6-7 million cash and if they can get the share price over 75c in the next year, they should get a bix influx of cash from the still to be issued options. They cant do any accelerated drilling program at Mt Forrest until the get permission from the ACMC to commence drilling, this may be soon or it may still be a month or two away. Im sure they can do another capital raising (if needed) later in the year when they might get more participants.
