    re: Ann: Mindax Share Purchase Plan and Bonus... The SPP raised $790,000 with 1,580,000 new shares being issued, quite a bit short of the $3.5 million they were hoping to raise. Considering the timing of the SPP - over the Christmas and New Years break - and the fact that it was difficult to sell on market to cover the costs or to sell afterwards for a quick profit, $3.5 million was always a bit optimistic.
