I hope that management can get a tolling agreement in place........prove up some additional Oz's, and then become a small gold producer.
assuming reasonable margins, they could actually generate enough cash to fund the restart and development capex in (say) late 2017/2018......ie no dilution ! (see PAN / WSA / POS / MBN for graphic examples).
