I think you will find that the Graphite Project is on the back burner due to the failure of the Cap Raise end of last year. All effort will be going into the Alliance EL's where the Chileans are paying the bills.
Given that Monax have some very very good ground in the right areas, just takes time and costs a motza to get a sniff let alone find something. Look at the depths for Carapateena etc all over 800 meters down under barren cover. Proverbial needle and a haystack, but huge rewards if something crops up. Gary and his team know what they are doing, but I think most of the market doesn't understand what they are doing finance wise.
